The SOCIO ECONOMIC DEVELOPMENT COUNCIL (SECD) has launched its first economic development campaign, introducing the founder’s newest invention of the BICYCLE SIGNALING LIGHTING PAD. Additionally, the SOCIO ECONOMIC DEVELOPMENT COUNCIL (SECD) research studies, based on micro and macro economic statistics estimate gross revenues over the next ten (10) years totaling up to $1.9bilion global sale revenues and royalties.

Moreover, in accordance with FAAVM Federal Bylaw 09, FAAVM CANADA Constitution 2004, Article XIV, XV, XVI, XVII, the SOCIO ECONOMIC DEVELOPMENT COUNCIL (SECD) in common accord with global partners, in the furtherance of FAAVM global mission, shall create and develop socio economic financial grants, whereas the SOCIO ECONOMIC DEVELOPMENT COUNCIL (SECD) shall make 90 percent if the BICYCLE SIGNALING LIGHTING PAD total sales and revenues available, which main aims and objective are to promote socio economic development and sustainable financial advancement and integration amongst underprivileged and disadvantaged and wealthier communities and globally, by providing thereinafter, reliable access to financial capital for human growth and development.

This new product idea represents a significant advancement and contribution towards the world of bicycling, specifically invented and created to make bicycling safer and more enjoyable, based on various facts that bicycling is a major player in health and fitness, for singles and families.

A bicycle, is also considered as a vehicle, and therefore, due to its limited protective mechanisms, can also put the operators at risks, sometimes fatal. In order to reduce the risks and make bicycling safer, safety measures must be conceived and developed.

The creation of a SIGNALING LIGHTING PAD aims to contribute in the elimination and/or reduction of danger, related fatal risks facing bicyclers.

The SIGNALING LIGHTING PAD consists of a well-designed light pad, which includes two flashing arrows, evidently left and right, which will facilitate and protect bicyclers when riding in cities and countries altogether with other vehicles.
